1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CCTik mobile application (the App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

CCTik is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. CCTik is an independent application developed by Tim Lau.

2. Description of Service

CCTik is a video management and organization application that allows users to:

• Save and organize video links
• Create custom collections
• Manage personal video libraries
• Access premium features through subscription

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload, share, or distribute malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App

3.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you save, organize, or share through the App complies with applicable copyright laws and terms of service of third-party platforms. CCTik does not endorse, support, or encourage copyright infringement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 App Ownership

The App, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Tim Lau and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or organize within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

4.3 Third-Party Content

The App may allow you to access or link to third-party content. We do not own, control, or endorse such content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Terms

CCTik offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Automatically renews every month
• Annual Subscription: Automatically renews every year
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access

5.2 Payment and Billing

• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

5.3 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid charges. If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee that the App will be available at all times. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Apple App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Tim Lau, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
• In case of any failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and data, please contact us at cs@cctik.com.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the Last Updated date
• Providing notice through the App or other reasonable means

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
